I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)

主客颠倒，是一切痛苦的根源。

这个框架区分了两种立场："以我转物"（我是主人，外物是工具）和**"以物役我"**（外物是主人，我是奴仆）。当你把名利、评价、得失当成主人，让它们指挥你的喜怒哀乐时，你就成了它们的奴仆——任何一个微小变动都能让你心生烦恼。反过来，如果你能确立"我是主人"的立场，让外物为你的目标服务，那么得到不狂喜，失去也不忧虑。

判断标准：问自己一个问题

"此刻让我痛苦的，是事情本身，还是我对这件事的看法？"
如果是"看法"在控制你，那你正在被物役。
如果你能选择怎么看，那你就在"以我转物"。

一个简单测试：想象你失去了这个东西（一段关系、一笔钱、一个位置），一个月后你还会记得吗？如果会，说明它已经拥有了你。

案例 1: 秦桧和珅身首异处 vs 苏武岳飞千古流芳

失去某物后痛不欲生：失去一段关系、一份工作、一笔钱之后，觉得活不下去，或者情绪低落持续超过两周。

不要在以下情况使用此 skill

用户正处于急性悲伤期（失去至亲、重大创伤）：此时强行要求"放下"是反人性的，应先共情陪伴。
涉及基本生存资料：如果失去这份工作就没钱吃饭、失去这个房子就没地方住，这不是"以物役我"，这是真实的生存需求，不适用此框架。
用户已出现临床级别的抑郁/焦虑：此时需要专业心理干预，不是方法论能解决的。

以物役我（ce17）：被外物奴役，逆顺皆苦。表现为患得患失、别人的评价能让自己高兴或痛苦很多天、失去某样东西就觉得活不下去。
机械深沉之患（ce02）：饱经世故后变得世故圆滑，以"练达"为荣，这实际上是用技巧代替真诚，表面是"以我转物"实际上是更深的"以物役我"。
