I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)

X-Factor不是"好一点"，而是"彻底不同"。它必须回答：这个优势能否让对手根本无法追赶？

它是底层优势：来自系统/组织/文化，而非表面功能或价格。
它是10-100倍的差距：不是20%的领先，是数量级的碾压。
它消灭竞争：对手要么放弃，要么付出极高代价才能接近。
它存在于七层战略的第六层：前面五层是铺垫（品牌承诺→战略短句→差异化活动），X-Factor是内核引擎。
