role-matrix

SAP role & authorization document for a project — one editable HTML workbook (cover with checks, business roles, technical PFCG roles, business role × T-code matrix F/C/D, user × role assignment, authorization objects, SoD rules with automatic conflict check, change history). New design (module consultant proposes roles, T-codes, authorization objects and SoD rules; T-codes narrowed to the ones users run when ST03N usage is available) or read from the connected SAP system (PFCG roles, T-codes, authorization values, org levels, user–role assignment by user ID). Spreadsheet-style editing in the browser, CSV per sheet, versioned.

  • Markdown instructions

A SKILL.md file the model loads on demand, so it only costs tokens when a request actually matches.

  • Works with any LLM

AI skills are plain Markdown, not provider-specific code, so this works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model.

  • 3 bundled files

Scripts, templates, and references the model can read while it works. Files are read-only and never executed.

  • Open source

Published by babamba2 on GitHub. Read the source before you install it.

Installation

Install the Role Matrix AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

1

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

  1. Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
  2. Choose "Install from GitHub".
  3. Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
    https://github.com/babamba2/superclaude-for-sap/tree/main/skills/role-matrix
  4. Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.
Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.
2

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Claude Code — .claude/skills
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/babamba2/superclaude-for-sap.git /tmp/superclaude-for-sap
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r /tmp/superclaude-for-sap/skills/role-matrix .claude/skills/role-matrix
Restart Claude Code after copying so it picks up the new skill.

Use it in TypingMind

Enable Role Matrix in any TypingMind chat and the model takes it from there. Its name and description sit in the system prompt, and the moment a request matches, the model loads the full instructions itself — you never invoke it by hand, and it costs no tokens until it is actually used.

The model loads Role Matrix on its own as soon as a request matches it.

Works with any AI model

AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so Role Matrix is not tied to the model it was written for. Install it once in TypingMind and use it with GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, or a local model you run yourself — all on your own API keys.

  • Loaded only when it is needed

The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

  • Switch models mid-chat

Because the skill is instructions rather than code, changing model does not break it — the next model reads the same SKILL.md.

Skill instructions

This is the SKILL.md content the model loads. Read it before installing — a skill is instructions your model will follow.

SC4SAP Role Matrix

One editable HTML workbook per role design — the classic SAP role-matrix workbook (seven sheets and a cover) as a page the security owner, module consultants and the business edit together. Built new from a consultant's proposal, or read from the roles that already exist in SAP.

<Response_Prefix>Every response triggered by this skill MUST begin with [Model: <main-model> · Dispatched: <sub-summary>] per ../../common/model-routing-rule.md § Response Prefix Convention.</Response_Prefix> <Target_Object>Roles are read on the active profile's system only. Not found → stop and ask per ../../common/multi-profile-artifact-resolution.md § Target object not on the active system.</Target_Object>

<Use_When>

  • "권한 매트릭스", "Role 매트릭스", "역할 설계", "권한 설계서", "PFCG 역할 정리", "SoD 점검", "사용자 권한 배정표", "role matrix", "authorization concept", "SoD"
  • A project needs its role & authorization document (new design), or an existing system's roles must be documented / reviewed </Use_When>

<Do_Not_Use_When>

  • Creating or changing roles in PFCG — this skill never writes to SAP
  • Reading user master data, passwords or logon data — never
  • Process documentation → /sc4sap:module-to-process; project plan → /sc4sap:project-dashboard </Do_Not_Use_When>

<Session_Trust_Bootstrap> MANDATORY — Step 0. Invoke /sc4sap:trust-session with parent_skill=sc4sap:role-matrix. Skip silently if .sc4sap/session-trust.log has a line within the last 24h. </Session_Trust_Bootstrap>

TopicDecision
LayoutThe classic workbook: cover (document info, sheet guide, legend, computed summary, checks), 1 business roles, 2 technical roles, 3 business role × T-code (F/C/D), 4 user × business role (X), 5 authorization objects, 6 SoD, 7 change history
Company formForms differ by company. The workbook above is the default; on request a company layout (layout.md) read from the company's own form (.html / .docx) sets sheet titles and order, columns and headers, own columns, level codes, cover fields, colours, font and logo — editing, CSV, checks and SoD stay the same
OutputONE self-contained HTML page per document with spreadsheet-style editing (range select, F/C/D/X typed over a range, Excel copy / paste, fill down, undo, rename an ID everywhere) and CSV per sheet. No xlsx
ModeAlways ask: new design or read from SAP
SAP readsRole design tables (AGR_DEFINE, AGR_TEXTS, AGR_FLAGS, AGR_AGRS, AGR_TCODES, AGR_1251, AGR_1252) and the assignment table AGR_USERS (user ID and validity only). Names, departments and positions of users are typed in the page. USR* tables are never read
New designThe module consultant proposes business roles, T-codes with levels, technical roles (master + derived per org value), authorization objects (SU24 view) and SoD rules; narrowed to the T-codes users run when ST03N usage is available
SoDRules by business-role pair or by T-code sets (library scripts/role/sod-library.json); conflicts are computed per user and inside a single role
Versions0.1 steps in sheet 7; each Save in the page adds a row; --major for 1.0

Frequently asked questions

What does the Role Matrix AI skill do?

Why use Role Matrix on TypingMind?

Because you install it once and use it with any model. Role Matrix is plain Markdown rather than provider-specific code, so the same skill runs on GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model — and you can switch model mid-chat without it breaking. TypingMind runs on your own API keys, so you pay providers directly instead of a per-seat subscription, and your skills and chats stay in your own storage.

How do I install Role Matrix in TypingMind?

Open Plugins → Skills → Install from GitHub in TypingMind and paste https://github.com/babamba2/superclaude-for-sap/tree/main/skills/role-matrix. TypingMind reads its SKILL.md and bundles its files and installs it as a skill you can enable per chat.

Which AI models can use Role Matrix?

Any model you connect in TypingMind. AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and local models can all load this skill when a request matches it.

How many AI models can I use with Role Matrix?

As many as you like. As long as a model supports skills, you can use Role Matrix with it — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama and more — all on TypingMind with your own API keys.

Is the Role Matrix AI skill free?

Yes. It is published on GitHub by babamba2 under the MIT license. You only pay your own AI provider for the tokens you use.

What are AI skills?

An AI skill is a reusable instruction bundle that teaches an AI model how to do one specific task. It follows the open Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md file with a name and description, plus any scripts, templates or reference files the model may need. The model reads the instructions only when your request matches the skill, so an installed skill costs nothing until it is used.

How are AI skills different from plugins or MCP servers?

A plugin or MCP server gives a model new tools to call — code that runs somewhere and returns a result. An AI skill gives the model knowledge and process instead: how to approach a task, which steps to follow, what good output looks like. Skills are plain Markdown, so they need no server, no API key and no runtime, and they work with any model.
