Philosophy: The Beamer PDF is the gold standard. The Quarto translation must be at least as good in every dimension.

Phase 0: Pre-flight

Locate Beamer (.tex/.pdf) and Quarto (.qmd/.html) files

Phase 1: Initial Audit
