使用宿主已有日程能力；插件不另外创建计时器或后台轮询。创建或改变日程需要用户提出对应时间和任务要求。

  1. 先读 douyin-ops-worker。调用 list-accounts 选择用户指定账号，记录稳定 accountId，不根据当前界面选中的账号临时换号。
  2. 保留日程提示中的原始 runKey。保存本次草稿时用 runKey + ":post-1"；同次任务重试不改变该值，新一轮运行使用新的日程 runKey。
  3. publish-draft 的 operationKey 使用原始 runKey + ":publish-1"；API 回复使用 runKey + ":reply:" + commentId。网页没有 commentId 时，把本轮已锁定目标的固定序号写入 runKey + ":reply-1"，并保存实际作品链接、原作者与原评论；重试沿用同一个 jobId，不能重新搜索后把序号分配给别的目标。草稿生成和提交分别保持固定标识。
  4. 日程中明确要求发布才执行发布；只要求选题、草稿或数据查询时不提交内容。没有 MP4 素材时先使用已有视频工作台生成，再导入。
  5. get-job 读取已知操作。成功则复用回执，running 等待结果，uncertain 报告需要核对并停止后续写操作。不得通过换操作标识或重建草稿绕过。
  6. 有可用 API 时优先执行；返回 browserTask 时按 worker 技能完成 claim-browser-job → 宿主浏览器操作 → finish-browser-job。普通账号不要求开放平台配置。登录/验证码需用户处理，任务保留或按实际提交阶段回写失败/待核对；不规避限流、封禁或不确定提交。搜索后评论使用 comment-video，数量和方向必须在用户任务范围内。不要臆造账号、令牌、作品 ID 或设备 ID。

本插件的日程执行通过宿主原生插件操作回写草稿和结果；不启动第二个调度服务，不扫描其他会话数据。
