  • Markdown instructions

    A SKILL.md file the model loads on demand, so it only costs tokens when a request actually matches.

  • Works with any LLM

    AI skills are plain Markdown, not provider-specific code, so this works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model.

  • 4 bundled files

    Scripts, templates, and references the model can read while it works. Files are read-only and never executed.

  • Open source

    Published by duyunzhoudyz on GitHub. Read the source before you install it.

Installation

Install the Dyz Med Data Adequacy AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

1

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

  1. Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
  2. Choose "Install from GitHub".
  3. Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
    https://github.com/duyunzhoudyz/dyz-med-paper-skills/tree/main/dyz-med-data-adequacy
  4. Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.
Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.
2

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Claude Code — .claude/skills
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/duyunzhoudyz/dyz-med-paper-skills.git /tmp/dyz-med-paper-skills
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r /tmp/dyz-med-paper-skills/dyz-med-data-adequacy .claude/skills/dyz-med-data-adequacy
Restart Claude Code after copying so it picks up the new skill.

Use it in TypingMind

Enable Dyz Med Data Adequacy in any TypingMind chat and the model takes it from there. Its name and description sit in the system prompt, and the moment a request matches, the model loads the full instructions itself — you never invoke it by hand, and it costs no tokens until it is actually used.

The model loads Dyz Med Data Adequacy on its own as soon as a request matches it.

Works with any AI model

AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so Dyz Med Data Adequacy is not tied to the model it was written for. Install it once in TypingMind and use it with GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, or a local model you run yourself — all on your own API keys.

  • Loaded only when it is needed

    The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

  • Switch models mid-chat

    Because the skill is instructions rather than code, changing model does not break it — the next model reads the same SKILL.md.

Skill instructions

This is the SKILL.md content the model loads. Read it before installing — a skill is instructions your model will follow.

  • 研究问题、设计类型和计划论断;
  • 数据文件、数据字典、编码说明和版本信息;
  • 暴露或干预、结局、时间点、比较组和关键混杂因素;
  • 主要分析、效应尺度和预设亚组;
  • 已有伦理、注册或方案材料;

  • 文件、工作表、行列数和更新时间;
  • 分析单位、唯一标识符和重复记录规则;
  • 变量名称、类型、单位、编码和值域;
  • 暴露、结局、时间变量、比较组和候选混杂因素;

  • 唯一标识符、重复和跨表连接;
  • 缺失比例、缺失模式和异常编码;
  • 不可能值、单位混用、日期顺序和随访窗口;
  • 组别、结局和关键变量的分布;
  • 稀疏单元、零事件、类别不平衡和极端值;
  • 随访完整性、删失和竞争风险;
  • 测量工具的定义、验证和组间一致性;

  • 主要暴露或干预是否存在且定义清楚;
  • 主要结局是否可测量、时间点是否匹配;
  • 比较组是否存在并具有重叠;
  • 关键混杂因素是否收集;
  • 样本量和事件数是否足以支撑计划模型复杂度;
  • 缺失和失访是否可能改变结论;
  • 数据结构是否支持纵向、聚类、生存、预测或中介分析;

  • descriptive:能够可靠描述样本和现象;
  • associational:能够估计关联并合理控制已测量混杂;
  • causal_inference_candidate:设计、时间顺序、可交换性、正值性和一致性等假设有明确依据,仍需敏感性分析;
  • predictive:能够开发或验证预测模型,并有适当防过拟合与验证策略;

  • 为什么影响主要问题;
  • 补充后能解锁哪项分析或降低哪种不确定性;
  • 是否可以合法、现实地补充;

  • 临床上不合理或方向反常的分布;
  • 100% 或 0% 事件;
  • 定义、单位或编码不一致;
  • 关键缺失是否可从原始记录补充;
  • 暴露、结局或时间窗口是否符合实际流程;

使用 templates/data-adequacy-self-check-checklist.md,选择:

  • upgrade_pending:补充或修正数据后重新评估;
  • accepted_ceiling:用户接受当前分析和论断上限;

Frequently asked questions

What does the Dyz Med Data Adequacy AI skill do?

Use to assess medical research data adequacy before statistical analysis.

Why use Dyz Med Data Adequacy on TypingMind?

Because you install it once and use it with any model. Dyz Med Data Adequacy is plain Markdown rather than provider-specific code, so the same skill runs on GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model — and you can switch model mid-chat without it breaking. TypingMind runs on your own API keys, so you pay providers directly instead of a per-seat subscription, and your skills and chats stay in your own storage.

How do I install Dyz Med Data Adequacy in TypingMind?

Open Plugins → Skills → Install from GitHub in TypingMind and paste https://github.com/duyunzhoudyz/dyz-med-paper-skills/tree/main/dyz-med-data-adequacy. TypingMind reads its SKILL.md and bundles its files and installs it as a skill you can enable per chat.

Which AI models can use Dyz Med Data Adequacy?

Any model you connect in TypingMind. AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and local models can all load this skill when a request matches it.

How many AI models can I use with Dyz Med Data Adequacy?

As many as you like. As long as a model supports skills, you can use Dyz Med Data Adequacy with it — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama and more — all on TypingMind with your own API keys.

Is the Dyz Med Data Adequacy AI skill free?

It is published on GitHub by duyunzhoudyz. Check the repository for licensing terms. You only pay your own AI provider for the tokens you use.

What are AI skills?

An AI skill is a reusable instruction bundle that teaches an AI model how to do one specific task. It follows the open Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md file with a name and description, plus any scripts, templates or reference files the model may need. The model reads the instructions only when your request matches the skill, so an installed skill costs nothing until it is used.

How are AI skills different from plugins or MCP servers?

A plugin or MCP server gives a model new tools to call — code that runs somewhere and returns a result. An AI skill gives the model knowledge and process instead: how to approach a task, which steps to follow, what good output looks like. Skills are plain Markdown, so they need no server, no API key and no runtime, and they work with any model.
