I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)

极长焦镜头（135mm+）是一种"心理放大器"——它不只是"拉近"，而是通过空间压缩制造一种几乎窒息的亲密感。

原理：长焦镜头压缩前后景的空间关系——前景变成模糊色块，背景完全消失，画面中只剩下角色的脸。观众被迫直视角色的每一丝表情变化——瞳孔收缩、嘴唇颤抖、眉头微皱——这些在全景中看不见的微表情在长焦下无所遁形。
