  • Markdown instructions

A SKILL.md file the model loads on demand, so it only costs tokens when a request actually matches.

  • Works with any LLM

AI skills are plain Markdown, not provider-specific code, so this works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model.

  • 12 bundled files

Scripts, templates, and references the model can read while it works. Files are read-only and never executed.

  • Open source

Published by huaxialucaicaizi on GitHub. Read the source before you install it.

Installation

Install the Business Plan Skill AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

1

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

  1. Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
  2. Choose "Install from GitHub".
  3. Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
    https://github.com/huaxialucaicaizi/ai-startup-skills/tree/main/skills/business-plan-skill
  4. Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.
Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.
2

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Claude Code — .claude/skills
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/huaxialucaicaizi/ai-startup-skills.git /tmp/ai-startup-skills
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r /tmp/ai-startup-skills/skills/business-plan-skill .claude/skills/business-plan-skill
Restart Claude Code after copying so it picks up the new skill.

Use it in TypingMind

Enable Business Plan Skill in any TypingMind chat and the model takes it from there. Its name and description sit in the system prompt, and the moment a request matches, the model loads the full instructions itself — you never invoke it by hand, and it costs no tokens until it is actually used.

The model loads Business Plan Skill on its own as soon as a request matches it.

Works with any AI model

AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so Business Plan Skill is not tied to the model it was written for. Install it once in TypingMind and use it with GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, or a local model you run yourself — all on your own API keys.

  • Loaded only when it is needed

The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

  • Switch models mid-chat

Because the skill is instructions rather than code, changing model does not break it — the next model reads the same SKILL.md.

Skill instructions

This is the SKILL.md content the model loads. Read it before installing — a skill is instructions your model will follow.

Business Plan Template

Use this skill when the user asks to create, update, polish, adapt, or fill materials for a startup, business project, incubator application, or pitch process.

Scope

This skill supports:

  • Word / Excel / PPT 申请模板的内容填充

Privacy And Accuracy Rules

  • Do not invent names, IDs, phone numbers, emails, addresses, company registration numbers, legal entities, awards, patents, revenue, funding, or customer names.
  • If a field requires unknown personal, legal, financial, or registration information, write 待补充 or ask the user for it.
  • For public or GitHub-ready outputs, remove private facts and replace them with placeholders.
  • For official forms, preserve template structure and fill only relevant fields.
  • For project summaries in official materials, prefer objective third-person wording and avoid 我 / 我们 unless the field asks for a personal statement.
  • When using numbers, clearly distinguish actual data, estimates, assumptions, and placeholders.

What To Read

Load only the reference needed for the task:

  • Overall business-plan structure, positioning, customer pain, market, product, roadmap, and finance assumptions: read references/business-plan-core.md.
  • Founder/team profile and competitive-advantage patterns: read references/founder-and-advantage.md.
  • Short application copy, official-form fields, and materials checklist wording: read references/application-copy.md.

For financial projections or funding plans (财务预测、融资计划), start from the Key Assumptions table in references/business-plan-core.md, derive revenue from it, and run the Financial Self-Check before delivering.

Default Workflow

  1. Identify the target audience: investor, incubator reviewer, government park, partner, customer, or internal team.

  2. Clarify the venture type, target customers, key pain point, product/service, business model, and any known metrics.

  3. If facts are missing, use placeholders rather than inventing.

  4. Structure content around:

    • pain point
    • target customer
    • solution
    • product workflow
    • market opportunity
    • competition and differentiation
    • team capability
    • business model
    • roadmap
    • financial plan
    • funding/resource request

For AI products, also include a validation-evidence section (user interviews + small Meta ad tests) using Validation Evidence / 想法验证 in references/business-plan-core.md; if no validation has been done yet, say so honestly instead of inventing traction.

  5. Adapt tone and length to the artifact:

    • application form: concise, objective, policy-friendly
    • pitch deck: sharp claims, visual page logic, investor-friendly
    • business plan: structured, detailed, evidence-oriented
    • short text box: copy-ready and within requested character limits

Pitch Deck Visual Workflow

When the user asks for a good-looking PPT, visual pitch deck, investor deck, roadshow deck, or presentation based on the business plan, use codex-ppt when available.

Note: codex-ppt is a third-party skill by @ningzimu. Installation: https://github.com/ningzimu/codex-ppt-skill

Recommended sequence:

  1. First use this business-plan skill to lock the deck narrative:
    • cover and one-line positioning
    • market background and pain point
    • target customer and use case
    • product workflow / demo logic
    • business model
    • market size
    • competition and differentiation
    • founder/team capability
    • financial forecast
    • roadmap and funding/resource request
  2. Compress each slide into one main claim, 2-4 support points, and a suggested visual form.
  3. Call codex-ppt to generate a polished 16:9 visual deck from the approved outline.
  4. After generation, review whether the deck covers:
    • team capability
    • business model
    • competitive advantage
    • market opportunity
    • financial data
  5. If the target is an incubator or government park, make the visuals credible, concise, and application-friendly rather than overly marketing-like.

Suggested user-facing prompt:

Generic Positioning Template

Use this as a starting point, then replace placeholders:

[Project Name] is a [product/service category] for [target customer], helping them solve [specific high-pain problem] through [core technology/workflow], so they can achieve [measurable business outcome].

Chinese version:

[项目名称] 是面向 [目标客户] 的 [产品/服务类型],通过 [核心技术/工作流] 解决 [具体高痛点问题],帮助客户实现 [可衡量业务结果]。

Deliverable Behavior

  • If creating/editing DOCX, XLSX, or PPTX, use relevant document, spreadsheet, presentation, or deck-generation skills when available.
  • If the user asks for a visually polished deck, explicitly use codex-ppt when available instead of only writing slide text.
  • For official application files, list which fields remain 待补充.
  • For public templates, remove project-specific facts before finalizing.
  • For short requested copy, provide copy-ready text rather than a long explanation.

Final Delivery Check / 交付前总自检

Run this before handing any business-plan material to the user. It consolidates rules from this file and references/; follow the linked sections for details.

  • Every number is labeled actual / estimate / assumption / 待补充(实际 / 估算 / 假设 / 待补充).
  • No invented names, customers, revenue, funding, awards, patents, or registration info (see Privacy And Accuracy Rules above).
  • Remaining 待补充 fields are listed for the user.
  • Tone, length, and wording fit the target audience; short fields respect character limits (see Character-Limited Field Guidance in references/application-copy.md).
  • Financial content: the Financial Self-Check / 财务自检清单 in references/business-plan-core.md has been run.
  • AI products: Validation Evidence / 想法验证 is included, or its absence is stated honestly — no invented traction.
  • Public or GitHub-ready outputs: private facts removed and replaced with placeholders.

Related Toolkit Steps / 上下游衔接

This skill is step 2 (商业计划书 / business plan) of the 「一人公司工具包」/ One-Person Company Toolkit. The other steps are optional companion skills, not dependencies:

Bundled files

The model reads these on demand while the skill is loaded. They are exposed as readable files and are never executed.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Business Plan Skill AI skill do?

Use when creating, adapting, or filling business-plan materials (商业计划书、BP、路演材料), pitch deck content, incubator applications (孵化器申请、创业大赛、园区申请), project introductions, founder/team sections, market and competitor analysis, business models, financial projections (财务预测、融资计划), or official application forms for a startup or new venture. This skill provides a reusable structure and placeholder-based workflow rather than project-specific facts.

Why use Business Plan Skill on TypingMind?

Because you install it once and use it with any model. Business Plan Skill is plain Markdown rather than provider-specific code, so the same skill runs on GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model — and you can switch model mid-chat without it breaking. TypingMind runs on your own API keys, so you pay providers directly instead of a per-seat subscription, and your skills and chats stay in your own storage.

How do I install Business Plan Skill in TypingMind?

Open Plugins → Skills → Install from GitHub in TypingMind and paste https://github.com/huaxialucaicaizi/ai-startup-skills/tree/main/skills/business-plan-skill. TypingMind reads its SKILL.md and bundles its files and installs it as a skill you can enable per chat.

Which AI models can use Business Plan Skill?

Any model you connect in TypingMind. AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and local models can all load this skill when a request matches it.

How many AI models can I use with Business Plan Skill?

As many as you like. As long as a model supports skills, you can use Business Plan Skill with it — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama and more — all on TypingMind with your own API keys.

Is the Business Plan Skill AI skill free?

Yes. It is published on GitHub by huaxialucaicaizi under the MIT license. You only pay your own AI provider for the tokens you use.

What are AI skills?

An AI skill is a reusable instruction bundle that teaches an AI model how to do one specific task. It follows the open Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md file with a name and description, plus any scripts, templates or reference files the model may need. The model reads the instructions only when your request matches the skill, so an installed skill costs nothing until it is used.

How are AI skills different from plugins or MCP servers?

A plugin or MCP server gives a model new tools to call — code that runs somewhere and returns a result. An AI skill gives the model knowledge and process instead: how to approach a task, which steps to follow, what good output looks like. Skills are plain Markdown, so they need no server, no API key and no runtime, and they work with any model.
