"利润之上的追求"是一个用来诊断企业根本驱动力的工具。

核心诊断信号：面对商业决策时，公司先问什么？

先问"赚不赚钱" → 利润导向 → 短期可能成功但长期容易被诱惑带偏
先问"这对不对""这是该赚的钱吗" → 利润之上追求 → 长期更可能成为伟大公司

关键理解：

这不是慈善——利润之上的追求反而带来更多利润（"利润不过是水到渠成的结果"）
这不是充分条件——有追求不一定是好企业，但"时间越长差别越大"
