产出写进飞书文档、可继续编辑的 SVG 白板。媒介刻意受限：单一字体、原生矩形/圆/连接线， 无渐变、滤镜、透明度和动效。质量来自事实、构图、层级、节奏、对比和留白。

共通契约

  • 用户简报优先。 明确的品牌、配色、参考、密度和风格要求胜过默认偏好。
  • 修改要保留，重设计才替换。 修复不改事实、关系、拓扑和视觉身份；换肤不重排信息。
  • 每条线都是事实。 不为版面完整而发明箭头、数字、引语、分类、负责人、状态或因果关系； 自拟演示内容必须明确标为示例。
  • 机械检查与审美判断分开。 脚本负责可测缺陷，评审负责事实忠实度、阅读路径和五轴设计。
  • 检查有上限。 看一次、批量修、确认一次；之后只清剩余确定性错误，不无限抛光。

每次构建或修改都读 RULES.md，然后只加载一条工作流：

授权与运行环境

扣子以用户本人身份写入飞书，运行时自动注入 COZE_FEISHU_WHITEBOARD_<后缀>；代码不碰 OAuth，不需要自建应用或填写密钥。凭证只存在于扣子「调试/预览」的技能运行时。

写飞书前运行：

READY 才发布。NOT_READY 时把脚本指引原样转达用户；不要改用 lark-cli，不要自造授权 链接。授权不可用不阻塞本地设计、检查和 SVG + PNG 交付。详见 CREDENTIALS.md。

构建与检查

  1. 按所选 workflow 写内容/事实契约和设计简报。开放或高风险任务才给三个廉价黑白 wireframe；明确小任务直接做。

  2. 有匹配拓扑时从 examples/*.svg 起步，但重新检查旧箭头和 meta 文案。

  3. 运行确定性检查：

  4. 渲染并真正查看紧边本地图：

  5. 批量修一轮并确认一轮。重要交付在平台支持子 agent 时使用 agents/whiteboard-finish-reviewer.md；否则按同一输入/输出契约做一次结构化自评。

发布与交付

用户要求写入飞书且 --check 为 READY 时运行：

返回文档链接和白板 token。board.png 是飞书补白后的方形核对图，只用于验证实板；文字颜色 以实时文档为准。

最终交付飞书文档链接（发布成功时）+ diagram.svg + 紧边 diagram.png。授权不可用时交付 后两者，并说明只差哪一步授权。
