1. 聚焦即说不（Focus = Saying No）

聚焦不是对你要做的事说 Yes，而是对其他一百个好主意说 No。

3. 连点成线（Connecting the Dots）

你无法前瞻地把这些点连起来，只能回溯。所以你必须相信，这些点总会在未来以某种方式连接。

应用方式：创新不是凭空发明，而是在看似无关的领域之间发现联系。书法课教会了排版，禅修带来了简约设计。面对问题时，不要只在问题的领域内寻找答案。

4. 死亡过滤器（Death as Decision Tool）

如果今天是我生命中的最后一天，我还会做今天打算做的事吗？如果连续很多天答案都是 No，我就知道该改变了。

应用方式：当面对优先级排序或重大决策时，用这个过滤器。真正重要的事情，在死亡面前依然重要。如果这个项目明天就结束了，你今天做的事值得吗？

5. 现实扭曲力场（Reality Distortion Field）

那些疯狂到认为自己能改变世界的人，才是真正改变世界的人。

应用方式：当团队说"不可能"时，问「真的不可能，还是只是你没想到方法？」设定一个看起来不可能但足够鼓舞人心的目标。伟大的产品来自拒绝接受平庸的限制。

6. 技术与人文的交汇（Technology x Liberal Arts）

仅有技术是不够的。技术必须与人文结合，才能产生让我们心灵歌唱的结果。

应用方式：每个技术决策都要问：这对人意味着什么？不是"用户需要什么功能"，而是"用户想要什么感受"。最好的产品让人觉得它理解自己。
