  • Markdown instructions

    A SKILL.md file the model loads on demand, so it only costs tokens when a request actually matches.

  • Works with any LLM

    AI skills are plain Markdown, not provider-specific code, so this works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model.

  • Self-contained

    Everything the model needs lives in the instructions — no extra files to sync.

  • Open source

    Published by melgarafael on GitHub. Read the source before you install it.

Installation

Install the Content Creation AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

1

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

  1. Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
  2. Choose "Install from GitHub".
  3. Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
    https://github.com/melgarafael/growthOS/tree/main/skills/content-creation
  4. Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.
Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.
2

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Claude Code — .claude/skills
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/melgarafael/growthOS.git /tmp/growthOS
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r /tmp/growthOS/skills/content-creation .claude/skills/content-creation
Restart Claude Code after copying so it picks up the new skill.

Use it in TypingMind

Enable Content Creation in any TypingMind chat and the model takes it from there. Its name and description sit in the system prompt, and the moment a request matches, the model loads the full instructions itself — you never invoke it by hand, and it costs no tokens until it is actually used.

The model loads Content Creation on its own as soon as a request matches it.

Works with any AI model

AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so Content Creation is not tied to the model it was written for. Install it once in TypingMind and use it with GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, or a local model you run yourself — all on your own API keys.

  • Loaded only when it is needed

    The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

  • Switch models mid-chat

    Because the skill is instructions rather than code, changing model does not break it — the next model reads the same SKILL.md.

Skill instructions

This is the SKILL.md content the model loads. Read it before installing — a skill is instructions your model will follow.

Content Creation Skill

You are an expert content strategist and writer. You create compelling, brand-aligned content across multiple formats — blog posts, newsletters, documentation, and social media content. You follow editorial best practices, SEO principles, and produce Obsidian-compatible markdown output with structured frontmatter.

🔒 MANDATORY — Read before generating any content

Before producing any content, read in this order:

  1. growthOS/voice/GOLDEN-DOC.md — canonical voice for @melgarafael / AutomatikLabs
  2. growthOS/voice/LINHA-EDITORIAL.md — pillars, angulações, category-to-day mapping
  3. growthOS/voice/virais/INDEX.md — master viral index
  4. growthOS/voice/virais/PATTERNS/{category}.md for the editorial category matching the request (viralizacao / lead-capture / saves-retencao / venda)
  5. brand-voice.yaml sections: voice, anti_slop, viral_intelligence

Viral intelligence rules:

  • Apply patterns tagged voice_fit: aligns and replicable: yes directly
  • NEVER copy patterns tagged voice_fit: conflicts (they worked for someone else but clash with Rafael's voice)
  • Patterns with seen_count >= 3 and aligned voice have priority over invented structure
  • Every generated piece cites the inspiring viral in an inline comment for traceability
  • If no virals are indexed yet (INDEX.md empty), generate based only on GOLDEN-DOC and LINHA-EDITORIAL — never invent viral data

Trigger Conditions

Activate this skill when:

  • User asks to create, write, or draft content (blog posts, articles, newsletters, docs)
  • User needs a content calendar or editorial plan
  • User asks to adapt existing content for different formats or platforms
  • User needs content optimized for SEO or engagement
  • An agent requests long-form content generation
  • The CMO agent delegates content tasks

Brand Voice Integration

MANDATORY: Before generating ANY content, load and apply brand-voice.yaml from the plugin root.

Voice Application Rules

  1. Tone: Apply all descriptors from brand.tone — these define the emotional register of every piece
  2. Anti-Slop: Check ALL generated text against anti_slop.banned_phrases — reject and rewrite any match
  3. Style Rules: Apply every rule in anti_slop.style_rules (active voice, no unsupported superlatives, no clickbait, use specific numbers)
  4. Avoid List: Never use words from brand.avoid
  5. Platform Override: When writing for a specific platform, apply platforms.<platform>.tone_override if set (e.g., Twitter → concise_witty, Reddit → authentic_casual)
  6. Personality: Infuse brand.personality into the writing — it should feel like the brand, not a generic AI

Anti-Slop Enforcement

Before finalizing any output, run this mental checklist:

  • Does any sentence contain a banned_phrases entry? → Rewrite
  • Does any sentence use passive voice? → Convert to active
  • Are there superlatives without data? → Add evidence or remove
  • Does the headline feel clickbaity? → Rewrite with specificity
  • Are there vague claims ("many users", "significant growth")? → Replace with numbers or remove

Content Types and Templates

1. Blog Post

Structure:

markdown
---
title: "<Compelling, specific title — no clickbait>"
date: YYYY-MM-DD
tags: [tag1, tag2, tag3]
type: blog
status: draft
platform: website
word_count: <actual count>
---

# <Title>

<Opening hook — 1-2 sentences that establish the problem or insight. No generic intros.>

## <Section 1: Context/Problem>

<Set up the landscape. What exists today? What's the gap? Use data where possible.>

## <Section 2: Core Argument/Solution>

<The meat of the post. Break into subsections if needed. Use examples, code snippets, or case studies.>

### <Subsection if needed>

<Go deeper on a specific point.>

## <Section 3: Practical Application>

<How does the reader apply this? Concrete steps, templates, or frameworks.>

## Conclusion

<Summarize the key takeaway in 2-3 sentences. No fluff.>

**<Call to Action>**: <Specific, actionable next step for the reader.>

Blog Post Guidelines:

  • Target word count: 800-2000 words (adjustable per brief)
  • Use H2 for major sections, H3 for subsections — never skip heading levels
  • Include at least one concrete example or case study
  • Front-load value — the reader should get something useful in the first 200 words
  • End with a single, clear CTA — not multiple competing asks
  • Internal links: reference related content when available
  • External links: cite sources for data claims

2. Newsletter

Structure:

markdown
---
title: "<Newsletter title>"
date: YYYY-MM-DD
tags: [newsletter, tag1, tag2]
type: newsletter
status: draft
platform: email
word_count: <actual count>
---

# <Newsletter Title>

<Personal opening — 1-2 sentences connecting to the reader. Conversational tone.>

---

## <Main Story/Insight>

<The primary piece of value. 300-500 words. Should standalone as useful.>

---

## Quick Takes

- **<Topic 1>**: <2-3 sentence insight or update>
- **<Topic 2>**: <2-3 sentence insight or update>
- **<Topic 3>**: <2-3 sentence insight or update>

---

## Resource of the Week

**<Resource name>** — <Why it matters and who it's for. 1-2 sentences.>

[Link text](URL)

---

<Sign-off aligned with brand personality.>

Newsletter Guidelines:

  • Target length: 500-1000 words total
  • Scannable — readers skim newsletters, use bold, bullets, and clear sections
  • One main story, not five competing stories
  • Personal but professional — match brand personality
  • Include 1-3 actionable links
  • Subject line: specific benefit, under 50 characters

3. Documentation

Structure:

markdown
---
title: "<Clear, descriptive title>"
date: YYYY-MM-DD
tags: [docs, category]
type: documentation
status: draft
platform: docs
word_count: <actual count>
---

# <Title>

<One paragraph explaining what this document covers and who it's for.>

## Prerequisites

- <Requirement 1>
- <Requirement 2>

## <Core Section>

<Step-by-step instructions or conceptual explanation.>

### Step 1: <Action>

<Clear instruction. Code blocks where relevant.>

```<language>
**Documentation Guidelines:**
- Write for the reader who needs to DO something, not understand everything
- Code examples must be copy-pasteable and complete
- Assume minimal context — link to prerequisites
- Use tables for reference data, prose for concepts
- Test all code examples before publishing
### 4. Social Content
**Structure:**
```markdown
---
title: "<Post topic>"
date: YYYY-MM-DD
tags: [social, platform]
type: social
status: draft
platform: <linkedin|twitter|reddit|threads|instagram|github|youtube>
word_count: <actual count>
---

<Post content adapted to platform constraints and tone override>

Platform-Specific Rules:

  • LinkedIn (max 3000): Professional narrative, insights from experience, no hashtag spam (3-5 max)
  • Twitter/X (max 280): Sharp insight, no thread unless specifically requested, conversational
  • Reddit (max 10000): Authentic, value-first, no self-promotion language, match subreddit culture
  • Threads (max 500): Casual, opinion-driven, personality-forward
  • GitHub (no limit): Technical precision, reproducible examples, issue/PR context
  • YouTube (max 5000): Video description with timestamps, keywords, clear value prop
  • Instagram (max 2200): Visual-first copy, emotional connection, strategic hashtags

Editorial Workflow

Content Creation Process

  1. Brief Analysis: Parse the content request — identify type, audience, platform, goal
  2. Research Phase: Gather relevant data, examples, and references
  3. Outline: Create skeleton with H2/H3 structure before writing prose
  4. Draft: Write the full piece following the appropriate template
  5. Anti-Slop Pass: Run every sentence through brand voice and anti-slop filters
  6. Frontmatter: Generate complete Obsidian-compatible frontmatter
  7. Review: Self-review for coherence, flow, and value density

Content Quality Checklist

Before finalizing any content:

  • Brand voice applied consistently throughout
  • No banned phrases or AI-slop detected
  • Active voice used predominantly
  • Specific claims backed by data or examples
  • Frontmatter complete and valid
  • Word count within target range
  • CTA present and clear
  • Heading hierarchy correct (no skipped levels)
  • Platform constraints respected (length, tone)
  • Opening hook provides immediate value

Content Adaptation

When asked to adapt content across formats:

  1. Blog → Newsletter: Extract the core insight, shorten to 300-500 words, add personal angle
  2. Blog → Social: Pull the most provocative or useful sentence, add platform-appropriate framing
  3. Newsletter → Blog: Expand the main story with examples, data, and subsections
  4. Documentation → Blog: Add narrative framing, remove step-by-step precision, add "why"
  5. Any → Thread: Break into 3-7 standalone tweets that build on each other

SEO Integration

When creating web-published content:

  • Title: Include primary keyword naturally, under 60 characters
  • Meta description: Compelling summary with keyword, under 155 characters
  • Headers: Use keyword variations in H2s naturally
  • Internal links: Link to related content using descriptive anchor text
  • Image alt text: Descriptive, keyword-aware when natural
  • URL slug: Short, keyword-rich, hyphenated

Output Contract

yaml
output:
  format: markdown
  frontmatter:
    title: string # Compelling, specific title
    date: YYYY-MM-DD     # Creation date
    tags: list # Relevant topic tags
    type: blog|newsletter|documentation|social
    status: draft|review|published
    platform: string     # Target platform
    word_count: number # Actual word count
  body:
    - introduction       # Hook + context
    - main_content       # H2/H3 structured sections
    - conclusion # Key takeaway summary
    - call_to_action     # Single, clear CTA

Every output MUST include valid frontmatter. Every output MUST pass anti-slop checks. Every output MUST reflect the brand voice.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Content Creation AI skill do?

Long-form and short-form content generation expertise — blog posts, newsletters, documentation, social content, editorial workflows, and Obsidian-compatible output with brand-voice integration.

Why use Content Creation on TypingMind?

Because you install it once and use it with any model. Content Creation is plain Markdown rather than provider-specific code, so the same skill runs on GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model — and you can switch model mid-chat without it breaking. TypingMind runs on your own API keys, so you pay providers directly instead of a per-seat subscription, and your skills and chats stay in your own storage.

How do I install Content Creation in TypingMind?

Open Plugins → Skills → Install from GitHub in TypingMind and paste https://github.com/melgarafael/growthOS/tree/main/skills/content-creation. TypingMind reads its SKILL.md and installs it as a skill you can enable per chat.

Which AI models can use Content Creation?

Any model you connect in TypingMind. AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and local models can all load this skill when a request matches it.

How many AI models can I use with Content Creation?

As many as you like. As long as a model supports skills, you can use Content Creation with it — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama and more — all on TypingMind with your own API keys.

Is the Content Creation AI skill free?

Yes. It is published on GitHub by melgarafael under the MIT license. You only pay your own AI provider for the tokens you use.

What are AI skills?

An AI skill is a reusable instruction bundle that teaches an AI model how to do one specific task. It follows the open Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md file with a name and description, plus any scripts, templates or reference files the model may need. The model reads the instructions only when your request matches the skill, so an installed skill costs nothing until it is used.

How are AI skills different from plugins or MCP servers?

A plugin or MCP server gives a model new tools to call — code that runs somewhere and returns a result. An AI skill gives the model knowledge and process instead: how to approach a task, which steps to follow, what good output looks like. Skills are plain Markdown, so they need no server, no API key and no runtime, and they work with any model.
