Use when the user needs a monthly or weekly content calendar — posting schedule per channel, funnel ratio, content pillars, repurposing matrix, and an owner per slot. Trigger on 'content calendar', 'posting schedule', 'what should we post this month', 'editorial calendar', 'social media plan', 'we post randomly with no plan'. Also use when the user only says the team keeps running out of things to post. Not for — the brief for one specific post, see `36-content-brief-global`; the caption text itself, see `37-social-caption-global`; deciding next period content from last period data, see `40-next-content-plan-global`; a paid campaign timeline, see `02-campaign-brief-global`.

  • Markdown instructions

A SKILL.md file the model loads on demand, so it only costs tokens when a request actually matches.

  • Works with any LLM

AI skills are plain Markdown, not provider-specific code, so this works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model.

  • Self-contained

Everything the model needs lives in the instructions — no extra files to sync.

  • Open source

Published by minhnv0807 on GitHub. Read the source before you install it.

Installation

Install the 01 Content Calendar Global AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

1

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

  1. Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
  2. Choose "Install from GitHub".
  3. Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
    https://github.com/minhnv0807/ai-business-skills/tree/master/skills/en/01-content-calendar-global
  4. Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.
Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.
2

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Claude Code — .claude/skills
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/minhnv0807/ai-business-skills.git /tmp/ai-business-skills
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r /tmp/ai-business-skills/skills/en/01-content-calendar-global .claude/skills/01-content-calendar-global
Restart Claude Code after copying so it picks up the new skill.

Use it in TypingMind

Enable 01 Content Calendar Global in any TypingMind chat and the model takes it from there. Its name and description sit in the system prompt, and the moment a request matches, the model loads the full instructions itself — you never invoke it by hand, and it costs no tokens until it is actually used.

The model loads 01 Content Calendar Global on its own as soon as a request matches it.

Works with any AI model

AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so 01 Content Calendar Global is not tied to the model it was written for. Install it once in TypingMind and use it with GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, or a local model you run yourself — all on your own API keys.

  • Loaded only when it is needed

The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

  • Switch models mid-chat

Because the skill is instructions rather than code, changing model does not break it — the next model reads the same SKILL.md.

Skill instructions

This is the SKILL.md content the model loads. Read it before installing — a skill is instructions your model will follow.

Global Content Calendar

Plan a 30-day multi-channel content calendar with funnel ratios, content pillars, source-type mix, and AI scoring before publishing.

Step 0 — Read context file

Before generating the calendar, read .agents/product-marketing-context-global.md for:

  • Brand voice & tone
  • Active channels and follower base
  • Region (drives optimal posting times and channel mix)
  • Currency (drives any monetary CTA framing)

If the file is missing, ask the user to run product-marketing-context-global first.

Information gathering

Ask the user up to 4 questions before starting:

  1. Product / service? Industry, core USP, price tier.
  2. Active channels? List channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Email, Blog, Podcast) with current follower / subscriber counts.
  3. Goal this month? Grow followers / grow inbound messages / grow orders / launch a new product / seasonal campaign?
  4. Content resources? How many people produce content? Can you record video? Do you have UGC / testimonials available?

Calendar principles

1. Funnel distribution

Funnel stageShareGoalContent type
TOFU (Awareness)40%Attract new viewersTrends, tips, POV, behind-the-scenes, pain points
MOFU (Consideration)35%Build trust, persuadeCase study, review, comparison, process, FAQ
BOFU (Conversion)15%Close the orderOffer, deal, countdown, retarget, livestream
Retention10%Retain existing customersVIP content, referral, community, re-engagement

2. Content pillar balance

Every brand needs 3–5 pillars. Audit balance weekly.

PillarRecommended shareThis week's count
Education30–35%[count] / [total] = [%]
Inspiration20–25%[count] / [total] = [%]
Entertainment20–25%[count] / [total] = [%]
Selling10–15%[count] / [total] = [%]
Community5–10%[count] / [total] = [%]

Rule: If any pillar drifts more than 10% from its target, rebalance the following week.

3. Source-type mix

Source typeShareDescription
FGC (Founder Generated)25–30%Founder / expert content — highest trust
Brand Content30–35%Official brand assets
UGC (User Generated)20–25%Customer-created — social proof
EGC (Employee Generated)10–15%Team-created — authentic culture

Content matrix — generate ideas at scale

Content matrix method. Universal, works in any market.

Multiply your content pillars by 8 formats to generate 24–40 ideas in one sitting.

8 content formats

#FormatDescriptionExample
1How-toTeach a specific skill, step by step"3 steps to set up a Meta Pixel correctly"
2InspirationSuccess stories, overcoming obstacles"From 0 to 50K followers in 6 months — true story"
3AnalysisExplain why, how a mechanism works"Why expensive ads still produce no orders — root cause analysis"
4ContrarianChallenge a common belief"Running more ads is NOT how you grow orders"
5ObservationHidden trends, things others miss"Something is happening on TikTok Shop that few notice"
6X vs YCompare 2 tools / approaches / strategies"Meta Ads vs TikTok Ads: which industries pick which?"
7Now vs FuturePredictions, upcoming trends"Marketing 2025 vs 2026: 5 big shifts"
8ListTips, mistakes, lessons, tools"7 most common ad mistakes SMBs make"

How to use

  1. Pull 3–5 brand content pillars (from product-marketing-context-global or by asking)
  2. Build a grid: pillars (rows) × 8 formats (columns) = 24–40 ideas
  3. Each cell holds a specific headline — never generic ("Marketing" is wrong, "3 ways to cut CPMess below $5" is right)
  4. Pick the 15 strongest ideas → fill them into the weekly calendar

markdown
| Pillar \ Format | How-to | Inspiration | Analysis | Contrarian | Observation | X vs Y | Now vs Future | List |
|-----------------|--------|-------------|----------|------------|-------------|--------|---------------|------|
| [Pillar 1] | [Idea] | [Idea] | [Idea] | [Idea] | [Idea] | [Idea] | [Idea] | [Idea] |

  • Every post has a specific hook / headline — no blanks
  • Every post has a clear CTA
  • Posting times respect the region's local peak windows
  • No two posts on the same channel at the same time
  • Content repurposing — every source asset has at least 3 derivatives
  • Email kept to 2 / week (excluding welcome flows)
  • Owner and status columns filled
  • AI Content Score >= 6 for every post
  • Region-specific channels included where relevant
  • Currency in CTAs matches .agents/product-marketing-context-global.md

Frequently asked questions

What does the 01 Content Calendar Global AI skill do?

Use when the user needs a monthly or weekly content calendar — posting schedule per channel, funnel ratio, content pillars, repurposing matrix, and an owner per slot. Trigger on 'content calendar', 'posting schedule', 'what should we post this month', 'editorial calendar', 'social media plan', 'we post randomly with no plan'. Why use 01 Content Calendar Global on TypingMind?

Because you install it once and use it with any model. 01 Content Calendar Global is plain Markdown rather than provider-specific code, so the same skill runs on GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model — and you can switch model mid-chat without it breaking. TypingMind runs on your own API keys, so you pay providers directly instead of a per-seat subscription, and your skills and chats stay in your own storage.

How do I install 01 Content Calendar Global in TypingMind?

Open Plugins → Skills → Install from GitHub in TypingMind and paste https://github.com/minhnv0807/ai-business-skills/tree/master/skills/en/01-content-calendar-global. TypingMind reads its SKILL.md and installs it as a skill you can enable per chat.

Which AI models can use 01 Content Calendar Global?

Any model you connect in TypingMind. AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and local models can all load this skill when a request matches it.

How many AI models can I use with 01 Content Calendar Global?

As many as you like. As long as a model supports skills, you can use 01 Content Calendar Global with it — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama and more — all on TypingMind with your own API keys.

Is the 01 Content Calendar Global AI skill free?

Yes. It is published on GitHub by minhnv0807 under the MIT license. You only pay your own AI provider for the tokens you use.

What are AI skills?

An AI skill is a reusable instruction bundle that teaches an AI model how to do one specific task. It follows the open Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md file with a name and description, plus any scripts, templates or reference files the model may need. The model reads the instructions only when your request matches the skill, so an installed skill costs nothing until it is used.

How are AI skills different from plugins or MCP servers?

A plugin or MCP server gives a model new tools to call — code that runs somewhere and returns a result. An AI skill gives the model knowledge and process instead: how to approach a task, which steps to follow, what good output looks like. Skills are plain Markdown, so they need no server, no API key and no runtime, and they work with any model.
