重要性说明

利益冲突审查是律师执业的绝对红线。根据《律师法》和《律师执业行为规范》，律师不得在同一案件中为双方当事人代理，也不得接受与过去委托人利益相悖的案件委托。违反利冲规则可能导致：

律师受到行业处分
委托代理合同无效
客户信息泄露风险
律所声誉损害

工作原则

1. 全面碰库

需要用以下全部维度进行碰撞检索：

当事人名称（全称 + 曾用名）
法定代表人/负责人姓名
股东/实际控制人
关联公司（母公司、子公司、同一实控人旗下公司）
案件对方当事人的上述全部信息

2. 零漏判原则

凡有疑似冲突，一律标注为 ⚠️ 待确认，不可忽略
名称相近但不完全相同的，也必须列出供人工复核
同音不同字、简称与全称的差异，都必须考虑

3. 结论必须明确

排查结论只有三种：

🟢 无冲突：可以接案
🔴 存在冲突：不可接案，说明具体冲突点
🟡 疑似冲突：需人工进一步核实
