长篇崩盘的真正死因不是写不动，是前后矛盾、时间线乱、设定漂移——AI 写长篇尤其如此：50 章正常，100 章开始崩，300 章彻底失忆。本技能是长篇的"逻辑防线"，和 memory（记忆）配套：档案负责记，本技能负责核对。

何时用

写长篇，每写完一章/几章核对一次逻辑
怕"写到后面崩设定/人物漂移/伏笔忘了"
查时间线（"三天后""两个月后"到底乱没乱）
查资源/伤势/身份/战力前后对不对得上
每卷末做一次全量连贯性体检
和 review 的区别：review 是读者留存视角（钩子/爽点/追读）；本技能是作者后台视角（设定不矛盾、逻辑能自洽）

怎么查（七条逻辑链 + 时间线/世界状态）

对照档案（01_人物.md / 03_伏笔追踪.md / 07_时间线.md / 战力表 / 情绪轨迹）逐章核对，详见 references/continuity-check.md：

人物行为合理性 —— 行为有动机吗？和人设冲突吗？（通缉犯不会逛街买包子）
剧情因果链 —— 新设定有铺垫吗？挖的坑记进伏笔表了吗？（防"突然冒出/挖了不填"）
资源变化 —— 钱/道具/兵力只能按剧情增减（防"上章吃不起饭，下章掏十万灵石"）
身份暴露状态 —— 维护"知情人名单"：谁知道主角的真实身份/实力/马甲（扮猪吃老虎流命脉）
伤势 / 状态延续 —— 重伤/中毒/闭关要持续，到期要兑现（防"垂死→下章大战三百回合"）
战力 / 等级一致 —— 对照战力表，没提升就别越级打平
情绪 / 关系连续性 —— 对照情绪轨迹，跳变要有过渡（防"刚失恋→下章笑哈哈"）
时间线 + 世界状态 —— 每个"X 时间后"能换算成时间线上的点；并行线汇合不矛盾；期限到点兑现；强设定题材还要核对世界状态（去的北城上一章是不是已毁，见 world 技能）

工作流

先读档案（没建档先用 memory 初始化，至少要有人物状态、伏笔表、时间线、战力表）。
读要检查的章节，逐条过六条链 + 时间线。
出连贯性体检报告（格式见下），矛盾定位到段/章 + 给改法。
提示把本章变化（人物状态/资源/时间线/知情人）写回档案，否则下章继续漂。

原则

定位到段/章，指明和"哪一章/哪条档案"冲突，不空泛。
每个矛盾都给可执行改法。
分轻重：主线/战力/身份是硬伤先改；次要情绪线留白不算病（见 references/human-texture.md"不闭环≠烂尾"）。
查完必提示回写档案——这是防失忆的闭环。
