AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so Distill Skill is not tied to the model it was written for. Loaded only when it is needed
The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

이것은 자기개선 루프의 수동 트리거입니다 (Stop 훅 자동 nudge와 동일한 일을 사용자가 원할 때 실행).

1단계 — skill-distiller 서브에이전트에 위임

Task(또는 Agent) 도구로 subagent_type="claude-cowork-self-improving-skills:skill-distiller" 를 호출하세요 (플러그인 네임스페이스 접두사를 포함한 정확한 이름입니다 — skill-distiller 만으로는 호출이 실패합니다). 프롬프트에 다음을 담으세요:

방금 세션에서 무엇을 했고 무엇이 비자명했는지 (어떤 문제를 어떻게 풀었는지, 어떤 API/라이브러리 동작을 발견했는지)
이 세션의 transcript 경로 (~/.claude/projects/<프로젝트>/<세션ID>.jsonl — 서브에이전트가 증류 근거를 직접 읽을 수 있게)
사용자가 인자를 함께 전달했다면 그 안내 (예: 특정 기법에 집중, 특정 기존 스킬 갱신)

서브에이전트가: 기존 스킬이 있으면 patch, 없고 class-level 로 재사용 가능할 때만 새 스킬 생성, 일회성·환경의존적 지식이면 아무것도 만들지 않고 이유를 한 줄 보고합니다.

환경변수 SIS_DISTILLER_MODEL 이 설정되어 있으면(예: sonnet) 호출에 model="<값>" 파라미터를 포함하세요. 값이 haiku 면 무시하세요(서브에이전트 Haiku 금지 정책).

2단계 — Cowork 필수: 저장까지 안내

서브에이전트 보고에 생성/patch 된 SKILL.md 경로가 있으면:

각 SKILL.md 를 SendUserFile 로 사용자에게 보내세요 (caption 에 스킬 이름과 기법 한 줄).
사용자에게 파일 카드의 '스킬 저장' 버튼을 눌러 claude.ai 에 등록하도록 안내하세요 — 이 컨테이너의 ~/.claude/skills 는 세션이 끝나면 사라지고, 등록된 스킬만 다음 세션 컨테이너에 자동 동기화됩니다.

서브에이전트가 "만들 것 없음"으로 판단했다면 그 이유를 사용자에게 한 줄로 전달하고 끝내세요 — 그것도 정상 결과입니다.

참고: 증류는 "재사용 가능한 기법"이 있을 때만 의미가 있습니다. 단순 기능 구현·리팩토링·일회성 수정만 했다면 만들지 않는 것이 맞습니다.
