执行流程

Step 1：先定义公司解决的核心问题

先回答两个最基础的问题：

这家公司为谁提供什么价值
为什么客户愿意为此付费

Step 2：拆分收入引擎

把公司收入按最有解释力的方式拆开，常见维度包括：
