Installation

Loaded only when it is needed
The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

下文写的 ../../shared-references/、../../templates/ 是 repo / Claude Code 的路径；Codex 安装下改读当前 skill 目录的 references/、templates/（install-codex.sh 已软链进来）。allowed-tools 是 Claude Code 权限声明，Codex 忽略。

设计哲学（必须先认同）

这套工具的差异点不是"列兼职"，是反诈 + 个性化 + 实时验证。所以 init 的目标不是给机会，而是先把"能用 = 对你能用"的前提建立起来：没有画像，任何机会都是空话。

Phase 0 — 检测状态

已存在：告诉用户已初始化，问要不要更新画像（更新走 Edit），否则路由到 money-status。
不存在：继续。

Phase 1 — 首屏文案（原样表达这几点）

这工具不会给你"躺赚项目"。真实的钱来自真实客户为你用 AI 做的产出付费。
我会做三件别人不做的事：① 按你的情况匹配，不给通用清单 ② 每个机会实时上网查、过反诈红线 ③ 给你"小成本先验证能不能收到第一笔钱"的路径。
前期通常是"用时间换小钱 + 攒作品 + 攒口碑"，不是马上来钱。认同我们再往下。

Phase 2 — 画像 6 问（一次性问完）

你已有什么技能？（写作/设计/视频/编程/外语/销售/会计/无明显技能…）AI 是提效器，你的底子决定能接什么。
每周大概能投入几小时？
启动资金？（强烈建议从 0 成本机会起步——任何"要先交钱"的都会被反诈淘汰）
所在地区 / 主要语言？（默认中国大陆+中文；会影响平台和是否做出海）
能不能/愿不愿意露脸出镜？（决定内容类机会的可行范围）
目标 + 愿不愿意学新东西？（只想补贴小钱 / 想做成副业事业；愿不愿意学编程、做 SEO 这类要持续投入的事）→ 用于判段位。

允许用户答"不确定"，记为 null，后续 money-find 会用更宽的范围。

Phase 2.5 — 段位识别（新增，关键）

读 ../../shared-references/user-tiers.md，按"技能 × 资源 × 目标"把用户归到 T0/T1/T2/T3 一档：

有可迁移专业(医疗/法律/财务等)+会用 AI → 倾向 T3
会编程或愿学编程做东西 → T2
会熟练用 AI 工具、有审美/表达 → T1
没明显技能、想补贴小钱 → T0

不确定时就低不就高。判完明确告诉用户判成哪档、为什么，并说"你比我更懂自己，可以改"。把 tier + tier_reason 写进 state。

Phase 3 — 写入状态文件

读 ../../templates/money-state.template.json，填入答案（含 tier/tier_reason），created_at 用今天日期，写到当前工作目录的 .money-state.json。删掉 opportunities 里的示例项。

Phase 4 — 下一步清单

告诉用户现在可以说：

"帮我找机会" → 走 money-find（按你的画像实时检索 + 反诈筛选）
"看看 XX 这个项目靠不靠谱" → 走 money-verify（直接验证某个具体机会）
"我现在的状态" → 走 money-status
