Installation

Install the Ask AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
Choose "Install from GitHub".
Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.

Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Loaded only when it is needed
The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

Use OMC's canonical advisor skill to route a prompt through the local Claude, Codex, Gemini, Antigravity, Grok, or Cursor CLI and persist the result as an ask artifact.

Routing

Required execution path — always use this command:

Do NOT manually construct raw provider CLI commands. Never run codex, claude, gemini, agy, grok, or cursor-agent directly to fulfill this skill. The omc ask wrapper handles correct flag selection, artifact persistence, and provider-version compatibility automatically. Manually assembling provider CLI flags will produce incorrect or outdated invocations.

Requirements

The selected local CLI must be installed and authenticated.

Antigravity CLI install (Google's successor to the Gemini CLI): install the agy binary per the official Antigravity instructions (inspect any installer before running it). Verify: agy --version

Platform note: omc ask antigravity is supported on macOS/Linux. On Windows it is guarded with a clear error, because agy --print takes the prompt as an argv value (it cannot read stdin) and has known upstream Windows -p limitations; use omc ask gemini on Windows.
Gemini CLI remains supported for enterprise/API-key use cases.
