Procedure

Freeze the baseline artifact and enumerate the target factor's dependencies.
Apply the intervention specification while holding declared invariants fixed.
Propagate direct and cascading effects through the structural model.
Compare queried outcomes and classify hold, weaken, flip, or indeterminate.
