赛道扫描：明确所在细分赛道、主流玩家的共性打法（读 references/positioning-frameworks.md 「一、赛道扫描」），找出这个赛道"大家都在做什么"。
竞品定位坐标：按「二、定位坐标法」选两个关键维度（如专业↔娱乐 / 高端↔平价 / 硬核↔日常）画二维坐标，把竞品摆上去，看聚集区与空白区。
识别空白机会：按「三、蓝海机会识别」找需求存在但供给不足的位置（人群空白/场景空白/ 价值空白/形式空白），排除伪空白（没人做是因为没需求）。
多维差异化：按「四、差异化五维」逐维找差异点——人群细分 / 使用场景 / 核心价值 / 内容形式 / 人设风格，选 1-2 个最可持续、最难被模仿的作为主差异点。
凝练一句话定位：按「五、一句话定位公式」输出 为[人群]在[场景]提供[独特价值]的[品类/角色]，要求具体、可记、可验证。
落地建议：定位如何体现在选题/风格/视觉/人设上（差异点要在内容里持续可感知），并给"如何验证定位是否成立"的信号。
输出：赛道共性 → 定位坐标（竞品分布+空白）→ 差异化主张（多维）→ 一句话定位 → 落地建议 → 风险。

Profile 感知

有 Profile：自己账号信息直接读 identity.md/audience.md/style.md；定位建议与既有优势/受众一致，不给"推倒重来"式脱离现状的定位；差异点落到 style.md 可执行。
无 Profile：先让用户给赛道+对标+优势，或据赛道常识推演并明确标注为推演，末尾提示补 Profile 精化。

规则

差异化 = 不同且有需求且你能持续做到，三者缺一不可（只不同不叫定位，叫小众自嗨）。
定位坐标至少用两个能区分竞品的维度，避免选无区分度的维度。
一句话定位必须具体可验证，拒绝"更好/更专业/更用心"这类无差异空话。
差异点要能在内容中被用户持续感知，否则是纸面定位。
尊重账号现状与优势，给"从现有基础差异化"的路径，不空谈理想定位。
