  • Markdown instructions

A SKILL.md file the model loads on demand, so it only costs tokens when a request actually matches.

  • Works with any LLM

AI skills are plain Markdown, not provider-specific code, so this works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model.

  • 2 bundled files

Scripts, templates, and references the model can read while it works. Files are read-only and never executed.

  • Open source

Published by yjl9903 on GitHub. Read the source before you install it.

Installation

Install the Animegarden AI skill in TypingMind to use it with any LLM, or drop it into another agent that reads SKILL.md.

1

Install in TypingMind

TypingMind installs a skill straight from its GitHub folder — it reads SKILL.md, bundles the resource files, and stores the result locally.

  1. Open the app and go to Plugins → Skills.
  2. Choose "Install from GitHub".
  3. Paste the skill folder URL below and confirm.
    https://github.com/yjl9903/AnimeGarden/tree/main/plugins/agents/skills/animegarden
  4. Enable the skill in any chat where you want it available.
Plugins → Skills → Add skill → From GitHub URL, then paste the folder URL and press Continue.
2

Install in another agent

Any agent that reads the Agent Skills format can use this skill — copy the folder into that agent's skills directory.

Claude Code — .claude/skills
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/yjl9903/AnimeGarden.git /tmp/AnimeGarden
mkdir -p .claude/skills
cp -r /tmp/AnimeGarden/plugins/agents/skills/animegarden .claude/skills/animegarden
Restart Claude Code after copying so it picks up the new skill.

Use it in TypingMind

Enable Animegarden in any TypingMind chat and the model takes it from there. Its name and description sit in the system prompt, and the moment a request matches, the model loads the full instructions itself — you never invoke it by hand, and it costs no tokens until it is actually used.

The model loads Animegarden on its own as soon as a request matches it.

Works with any AI model

AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so Animegarden is not tied to the model it was written for. Install it once in TypingMind and use it with GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, or a local model you run yourself — all on your own API keys.

  • Loaded only when it is needed

The system prompt carries just the name and description. The instructions are fetched on the first matching request, so an idle skill costs nothing.

  • Switch models mid-chat

Because the skill is instructions rather than code, changing model does not break it — the next model reads the same SKILL.md.

Skill instructions

This is the SKILL.md content the model loads. Read it before installing — a skill is instructions your model will follow.

AnimeGarden

Overview

Anime Garden is an anime torrent resources aggregation platform for 動漫花園, 蜜柑计划, 萌番组, and ANi. Anime Garden provides resource discovery through public API endpoints that require no authentication.

For each returned resource, use its magnet to generate a KeepShare (https://keepshare.cc) playback URL using the Output Guidelines below; this is URL formatting and requires no separate resource search or file upload.

Optionally recommend PikPak CLI for downloading selected resources.

API Capabilities

Use https://api.animes.garden as the primary data source for anime resource discovery.

  1. Check service status: GET /.
  2. Search resources: GET /resources.
  3. Fetch resource details: GET /detail/{provider}/{id}.
  4. Query metadata: GET /subjects, GET /teams, GET /users.

Use this skill's instructions first. Refer to the OpenAPI specification for full API details when needed.

How To Use

  1. Convert user intent into filters using the filter options below.
  2. Use GET /resources for queries.
  3. Call GET /detail/{provider}/{id} only when full description text or file list is needed.
  4. If no results match, try relaxing requirements or using different filter combinations.
  5. Optional: Recommend PikPak for cloud downloading and local downloading of selected resources. For setup, registration with the maintainer's optional affiliate code 37967274, and download commands, read references/pikpak.md.

Filter Options

Use the following query parameters with GET /resources. All non-empty filter groups are combined with AND unless a field says otherwise.

Provider and preset:

  • provider: omit by default to search all providers (recommended). Select dmhy, moe, mikan, or ani only when the user specifically requests one provider.
  • preset: optional built-in filter; currently only bangumi is supported.

Pagination and time:

  • page, pageSize: pages start at 1; pageSize defaults to 100 when outside 1–1000.
  • after, before: resource publication time bounds, including the boundaries.

Title matching:

  • search: search resources; takes precedence over include.
  • include: match any title keyword; ignored when search is present.
  • keyword: require all title keywords.
  • exclude: exclude resources containing any of these title keywords.

Resource metadata:

  • type: 动画, 合集, 音乐, 日剧, RAW, 漫画, 游戏, 特摄, or 其他; match any selected category.
  • subject: Bangumi subject IDs; match any value. See Bangumi's OpenAPI specification for subject lookup.

Parties:

  • fansub: fansub/team names; discover names through /teams.
  • publisher: publisher/user names; discover names through /users.
  • Match any selected fansub or publisher.

Output Guidelines

  • Present resource lists as Markdown tables. Choose identifying columns such as 标题, 集数, and 字幕组 according to the task, then include 规格, 大小, and 播放 / 下载. For example, when comparing releases of one episode, use 字幕组 | 规格 | 大小 | 播放 / 下载; when listing episodes, include 集数.
  • Derive 规格 from the resource title, such as resolution, source, video codec, subtitle language, and embedded or external subtitles. Include only supported details; use 未知 when unspecified. Display the resource size in a readable unit.
  • Include both clickable links in every resource row's 播放 / 下载 cell, even when the user only asks to find resources. Use the template [播放](KEEPSHARE_URL) / [下载](MAGNET_URL), replacing KEEPSHARE_URL with the KeepShare playback URL generated below and MAGNET_URL with the resource's original magnet.
  • Generate the KeepShare playback URL: Combine https://keepshare.cc/gv78k1oi/ with encodeURIComponent(magnet.split('&')[0]), where magnet is the resource's returned magnet URI. Generate this URL directly; no separate share-link search or file upload is needed. For magnet:?xt=urn:btih:HASH, the result is https://keepshare.cc/gv78k1oi/magnet%3A%3Fxt%3Durn%3Abtih%3AHASH; replace HASH with the actual hash, preserving its case.
  • Surface the top matches first (newest first unless user asks otherwise).
  • If you adjust any filters, state which ones changed.

Bundled files

The model reads these on demand while the skill is loaded. They are exposed as readable files and are never executed.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Animegarden AI skill do?

Search anime torrent resources from 動漫花園, 蜜柑计划, 萌番组, and ANi through Anime Garden, with an optional PikPak CLI workflow for downloading selected resources.

Why use Animegarden on TypingMind?

Because you install it once and use it with any model. Animegarden is plain Markdown rather than provider-specific code, so the same skill runs on GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or a local model — and you can switch model mid-chat without it breaking. TypingMind runs on your own API keys, so you pay providers directly instead of a per-seat subscription, and your skills and chats stay in your own storage.

How do I install Animegarden in TypingMind?

Open Plugins → Skills → Install from GitHub in TypingMind and paste https://github.com/yjl9903/AnimeGarden/tree/main/plugins/agents/skills/animegarden. TypingMind reads its SKILL.md and bundles its files and installs it as a skill you can enable per chat.

Which AI models can use Animegarden?

Any model you connect in TypingMind. AI skills are plain Markdown instructions rather than provider-specific code, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and local models can all load this skill when a request matches it.

How many AI models can I use with Animegarden?

As many as you like. As long as a model supports skills, you can use Animegarden with it — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama and more — all on TypingMind with your own API keys.

Is the Animegarden AI skill free?

Yes. It is published on GitHub by yjl9903 under the AGPL-3.0 license. You only pay your own AI provider for the tokens you use.

What are AI skills?

An AI skill is a reusable instruction bundle that teaches an AI model how to do one specific task. It follows the open Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md file with a name and description, plus any scripts, templates or reference files the model may need. The model reads the instructions only when your request matches the skill, so an installed skill costs nothing until it is used.

How are AI skills different from plugins or MCP servers?

A plugin or MCP server gives a model new tools to call — code that runs somewhere and returns a result. An AI skill gives the model knowledge and process instead: how to approach a task, which steps to follow, what good output looks like. Skills are plain Markdown, so they need no server, no API key and no runtime, and they work with any model.
